76Perosi Uini Foafoa, 48, of Pearl City died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Ofu Manua, American Samoa. He is survived by sons Pule F. Foafoa and Kilimi L. Ufiufi, and brothers Iosua, Aliipule, Mealii and Uini. Services: 10:30 a.m. Friday at Moanalua Mortuary.
