Frank Dewitt Rampey, 79, of Wahiawa, a retired Army sergeant first class with the 27th Infantry Division Motorpool and a retired training automotive instructor, died in Wahiawa. He was born in Central, S.C. He is survived by wife Rosemarie, son Marvin, brother Edwin, sister Helen Hill, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
