Sept. 6, 2013 Leonard Leilani Silva, also known as "Buddy," "Pops" and "Silva," 88, of Waianae, a Matson shipping yard crane operator and an Army veteran, died in Waianae. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Georgianna Andrade-Silva; sons William Nalu Nohoanu, and Eugene Keka, Lanny Butch, Buddy Lee Mahalo, Louis Kuaiwa, James Kimo and Sterling Nakuana Silva; daughters Lavren Honey Girl and Louise Wainee Silva, and Vivian Williams; sisters Emma Natividad and Margaret Cummings; 24 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.
