74Gelacio Ballesteros Kilas Ramos, 88, of Honolulu, a retired Hawaiian Dredging and Construction mason, died in Honolulu. He was born in Kahuku. He is survived by son Gregory, daughters Erlinda Bumanglag and Carol Ramos, sisters Magdalena Cayetano and Suprina Tungpalan, seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
