Anthony Felix "Tony" Obloy, 69, of Wailua Homesteads, Kauai, a retired retail manager for Hardware Hawaii, formerly known as Hale Kauai, and an Air Force veteran, died at home. He was born in Cleveland. He is survived by son Ed Page, daughter Kimberly Page, brother Philip, sisters Mary Forte and Marcia Walthers, and a grandchild. Celebration of life: 1 p.m. Sunday at Anthony Obloy's residence.
