Philomena Theresa "Mena" Horner, 95, of Honolulu, a former model and homemaker, died in Tripler Army Medical Center. She was born in Conception Harbour, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. She is survived by sons Thomas M. and Thomas L. Jr., daughters Sandra M. Bourquin and Michele A. Horner, 16 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Star of the Sea Catholic Church. Services:11 a.m. Aloha attire.
