Richard Shoji Takasaki, 86, of WaiÂpahu, a groundskeeper and an Army veteran, died in Waipahu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Matthew, Wade, Blane and Galen; daughter Alpha Shimizu; brother Robert; sister Gladys Saiki; and a grandchild. Visitation: 9 a.m. Thursday at Borthwick Mortuary.
