Sandy Jane Basham, 59, of Sparks, Nev., formerly of Kaimuki, died in Reno, Nev. She was born in Los Angeles. She is survived by husband Dale, daughter Rachael Bradford, six adopted children, brother Mark Gallagher and sister Carol Jones. Services in Grass Valley, Calif. Scattering of ashes in Honolulu pending.
