PHILOMENA THERESA HORNER MENA 95, of Honolulu, passed away peacefully on September 16, 2013 at Tripler Army Medical Center. She was a former model and a homemaker. She was born in Conception Harbor, Newfoundland, Canada. She is survived by sons, Thomas M. (Jen) Horner and Thomas L. (Cheryl-Lynn), Jr. Horner; daughters, Sandra M. (Noel) Bourquin and Michele A. Horner; 15 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren. Visitation 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at Star of the Sea Church. Mass 11:00 a.m. Burial to follow 1 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery in Kaneohe. Aloha attire.
