78Harold D. Litsey, 91, of Kailua, a retired businessman for Wigwam Department Stores and Dodi's, and an office manager for son-in-law Dr. Edward De Board, died in Maunawili. He was born in Portland, Ore. He is survived by sons Mike and Greg; daughters Pamela De Board, Shari Litsey and Leilani Grant; 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Honolulu First Church of the Nazarene. Services: 7 p.m.
