71Francis George "Frank" Woodbury, 86, of Kailua-Kona, a retired airlines regional customer service manager and a business owner, died in Kona Community Hospital. He was born in Devonport, England. He is survived by wife Janet, sons Michael and Bruce, daughter Jennifer and two grandchildren. Private services.
