78Chiyoko Higa Brown, 81, of Honolulu, a retired Duty Free Waikiki sales representative, died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born on Okinawa. She is survived by sons Masaharu, Masashige and Tsutomu Kina; brothers Seigi and Seijiro Higa; sisters Yoneko Sakino and Hiroko Mizuta; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Services and burial: 11:30 a.m. Friday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
