72Tokie Harada Izumi, 87, of Honolulu, a retired Hahaione Elementary School teacher, died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Keoki, daughters Lani Sparks and Leimomi Chun, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
