Frances Linda Lauae Espinda-Mahoe, 71, of Mililani, an information specialist in the Hawaii Governor’s Office, died inKailua. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Charles K. Mahoe Jr.; sons Randolph Jr. and Herbert Laybon, and Dallas Mahoe; daughters Randollyn Laybon, Frances Kami, Lokelani Hunter, IwalaniMcBrayer, Terry Lee, Darrah Arruda and D’Ann Hawkins; brothers Brian and Richard Espinda, and Andrew Lau; sisters Liberta Albao, Emmarene “Dolly”Smock and Caroline Lum; 26 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation:5:30 p.m. Thursday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services:6:30 p.m. Additional visitation:8:30 a.m. Friday at the mortuary.
