83George Jose Ramos Jr., 61, of Haleiwa, a Villiger Construction carpenter and foreman, died in Honolulu. He was born in Haleiwa. He is survived by wife Kawela K. Ramos, mother Carol, brother Rusty Jose and sisters Bells Liegh, Anna Kalulu, Cindy Bevak and Georgiann Boroha. Services: 9 a.m Saturday at Sunset Beach. Paddle-out to follow. Surf and casual attire requested.
