David E. Higa, 87, of Honolulu, a retired U.S. Postal Service carrier and an Army veteran who served in the Korean War, died in Maunalani Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was born in Honomu, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Patsy M., son David M., daughters Patricia E. Vigna and Susan H. Yago, sister Geraldine M. Motonaga and two grandchildren. Private services. No monetary offerings.
