73Maria Alicia Miniel, 66, of Waianae, a hair technician and owner of Head 1 Salon, died in Waianae. She was born in Edinburg, Texas. She is survived by sons John C., Justin C. and Richard C. Eisfeller; daughters Maria L. Eisfeller and Roslyn K. Hose; mother Susana; brother Napoleon Jr.; and sisters Connie Almaraz and Rita Gomez.
