Philip Ramon Salyers, 79, of Honolulu, a hospital administrator and a Navy veteran, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Lincoln, Ill. He is survived by wife Phyllis Emerson-Salyers, son Mark and sister Madeline C. Bunjes. Inurnment: 8:30 a.m. Friday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire. No flowers.
