78Haruyo "Joan" Nakamura, 89, of Kahuku died in Castle Medical Center. She was born in Kahuku. She is survived by son Ronald I.; daughters Gail S. Yamanaka, Janis M. Otake and Shari T. Nakamura; sister Violet H. Nakamoto; 14 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Private services.
