Dorothy Fujiyo Higa, 84, of Honolulu, a retired state Department of Health office manager, died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Dwight, daughters Deanne Goya and Stephanie Rose, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Wednesday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire.
