Gerald Akira Suzukawa, 94, of Honolulu, a retired U.S. government planner and estimator at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, and an Army veteran who served in the 442nd Regimental Combat Team Company E, died at home. He was born in Waianae. He is survived by wife Sanami, sons Gary N. and Cary N., daughter Kathleen K., brother Harry H., sisters Doris C. Hiramoto and Violet K. Okuda, and four grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Thursday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire.
