71Herbert Chohiko Kochi, 81, of Honolulu, a retired electrician and a Coast Guard veteran, died in Hospice Hawaii Kailua Home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Tessie M.; son Jon L.; daughters Debra Ann T. Kochi and Dawn L. Kato; brothers James H., Bert C. and Roy C.; sister Jane H. Takara; and three grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Tuesday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire.
