73Richard Seiyu "Seo" Oshiro, 82, of Pearl City, a Doi Trucking employee and an Air Force veteran, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Patsy A. "Pat"; daughters Cyd, Joy-Lyn and Carrie; sisters Ethel Hamano and Emma Masuda; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Sunday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 10:30 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
