Peter Watson "Pete" Baker, 69, of Wailuku, a retired teacher for Makaha and Makawao elementary schools and an Army veteran, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Columbus, Ohio. He is survived by daughter Leisa Ferguson-Baker, brother Christopher and sister Sara Michalak. Celebration of life: 9 a.m. Nov. 2 at the residence of John and Mary Costales, 595 Hana Highway, Tavares Bay, Paia. Limited parking, carpooling recommended.
