72Alfred Elizares Sr., 99, of Wailuku, a retired Wailuku Sugar Co. heavy equipment operator, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Hamakuapoko, Maui. He is survived by son Victor "Kalani" Banner; daughters Katherine R. Elizares, Flora M. Hao, Shirley A. Heath, Arlene Elizares-Gazmen and Isabelle S.
