Chester Kalani Hanawahine, 48, of Makawao, Hawaii, a retail salesman and an Army veteran, died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by fiancee Angela Riechers, mother Sheila M. Millen, son Micah K., brother Cody Byers and sisters Kaylene K. and Michalene K. Celebration of life: 11 a.m. Oct. 27 at Kainoa Beach Park.
