Arnold Ray Pack, 68, of Wahiawa, a federal government emergency planner and an Army veteran, died in Community Living Center. He was born in Christiansburg, Va. He is survived by wife Arlene, son Andrew, daughter Angela Kubo, brothers William and Franklin, and six grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. today at First Church of the Nazarene, 408 N. Judd St., Liliha. Celebration of life: 7 p.m. Inurnment: 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Aloha attire.
