Masami Higa, 75, of Honolulu, a retired S&M Sakamoto Contractors carpenter and an Army veteran, died in Leahi Hospital. He was born in Kahului. He is survived by brothers Tetsuo “Maxie†and Kiyoshi “Richardâ€; and sisters Mildred T. Asato, Janet K. Ashimine and Joyce H. Matayoshi. Private services.
