75William John "Pikinini" Haena, 70, of Kapaau, Hawaii, a Hawaii County lifeguard and a private swim coach, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by daughters Stephanie Petras, Maryelese Haena-Valencia and Julianne Chavez; brother Napoleon; sister Rosemary Dwight; and seven grandchildren. Services to be held.
