83Gloria Harvell Ramiscal, 67, of Waipahu, a retired state Department of Education teacher, died at home. She was born in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by husband Fiel F., son Dennis H., daughters Lorifel R. Lagua and Marie H. Ramiscal, and nine grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at Our Lady of the Mount Catholic Church.
