72Gregorio D. "Manong Gorio" Bueno, 79, of Lihue, formerly of Kaumakani and Lawai, Kauai, sole proprietor of Bueno's Construction and a journeyman carpenter for Olokele Sugar Plantation, died in Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital. He was born in Paoay, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by sons Roland, George and Claurino; daughters Cristeta Macalma, Cleo Kovarik and Phebe Johnson; brothers Narciso and Isidro; sisters Connie Dela Cruz and Aida Cristobal; and 12 grandchildren. Visitation: 8 a.m. Nov. 4 at St. Raphael's Catholic Church, Koloa. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Hanapepe Public Cemetery.
