72Ethel Leina'ala "Dolly" Costa, 80, of Kula, Maui, a retired housekeeper at Maui Palms Hotel and Kaiser Permanente Clinic, died. She was born in Makawao, Maui. She is survived by sons Herman "Bradda" Jr., Glenn "Mo'o" Sr. and Maxwell "Maka"; daughters Paulette "Nuni" Kaea and Linda "Lyn" Hoewaa; brother Joseph Pana Jr.; 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
