78Samuel "Sammy Boy" Akaka III, 51, of Kailua-Kona, a painter for Machin Painting and Decorating and a musician with Natural High, All G, generous Thieves and Keleo, died in North Hawaii Community Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughter Kawai, mother Dora Aio-Leamons, brothers Bernard Akaka and Eugene Barnes, and sisters Celestine Dugay and Cathleen Akaka. Visitation: 10 a.m. Saturday at Hawaii Big Game Fishing Club, Honokohau Harbor. Casual attire. No flowers.
