Kazuo “Ken” Fukui, 77, of Hilo, a retired truck driver and laborer at the state Department of Transportation Highways Division and crane operator at the former Hilo Coast Processing Co., died in Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center. He was born in Waipunalei, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Doris; sons Wade and Ryan; daughter Desiree Kaleohano; brothers Isamu, Likio, Tom, Donald and Richard; sisters Alice S. Ono, Mitsue Nakagawa, Harume Higashigawa and Nancy Delos Santos; and two grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Wednesday at Malia Puka O Kalani Catholic Church, Keaukaha, Hawaii. Mass: 10 a.m. Casual attire.
