78Rohan Robert Harper, 56, of Lawai, Kauai, a Peter Taylor Engineering employee, died at home. He was born in Sydney, Australia. He is survived by wife Renee R., stepdaughter Tracy Warren, father Bill and sister Robyne Head. Celebration of life to be held at a later date.
