71Wayne Alan Worthington Jr., also known as Wayne Bastian, 33, of Honolulu, a state representative assistant, died in Honolulu. He was born in Toms River, N.J. He is survived by parents Wayne and Jane, brothers Garrett A. and Kevin J., and sister Aubri S. Scattering of ashes: 5 p.m. Saturday at Diamond Head Beach.
