Tsuneo Inouye, also known as "Raymond" and "Chinen," 89, of Honolulu, a retired Tropical Taxi driver and an Army veteran, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Patrick T., brother Isamu and two grandchildren. Private services.
