JANE DANG LUM Age 82, of Honolulu, HI passed away on October 23, 2013 at Straub Hospital. Born January 2, 1931 in Honolulu, HI. Jane's early career was as a dietitian at Kamehameha Schools, but she later co-founded Chrysanthemums of Hawaii nursery growing potted flowers for over 20 years. In retirement, Jane continued to be admired for her horticultural expertise and talent for growing just about anything with a home garden that was always full of prized plants and fruit trees which she generously shared with family and friends. She is survived by sons: Alan and Robert Lum; daughters: Judi Lum and Marilyn Ho; 7 grandchildren; sister Alice Van Guilder. Private Services were held. Inurnment was at Diamond Head Memorial Park.
