81Mitsuko "Stella" Higa, 85, of Honolulu, a retired clerk for the state Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, died in Castle Medical Center. She was born in Waipunalei, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Gaylord Y. and Grand M.; daughters Lorelei Kawaoka, Donna Y. Higa and Susan M. Irei; brothers James S. and Richard H. Nagamine; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 10 a.m. Sunday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
