73F. Wayne Pirtle, 91, of Honolulu, founder, president and chief executive officer of Airlines Operations Services, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Sullivan, Ind. He is survived by son Michael, daughters Ada M. McGlothlin, Carol Mann, Linda Gutierrez, Debra Pirtle, Beverly-Jo Miyasaki and Meredith Ross, 14 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
