Raymond Adams, 81, of Kailua, a retired GTE Hawaiian Tel operations manager and a retired Hawaii Army National Guard major, died in Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughter Cheryl Rapoza, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Committal services: 1 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Lei preferred.
