83Tammy Kuuipo-Nohea Ke, also known as "Ipo" and "Baba," 54, of Naalehu, Hawaii, died in Ka'u Hospital. She was born in Kau, Hawaii. She is survived by son John; daughters Sky Ke and Hope Ke-Leibner; father James; mother Agnes Publico; brother James; sisters Kitty Roy, Noela Pritchard, Kim Viloria and Blossom Lamb; and eight grandchildren. Celebration of life: 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday across from the Punaluu Beach Park pavilion. Casual attire.
