Herbert Hideo Ouchi, 70, of Honolulu, a University of Hawaii fiscal officer and an Army Reserve veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Gail A.; daughters Sherrie S. Netterville and Dawn M. Hata; brother James; sisters Janet Hieda, Linda Tagawa and Sheila Ouchi; and a grandchild.
