Clyde Ellery Byrd, 72, of Honolulu, a resident manager and Army veteran, died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Bakersfield, Calif. He is survived by wife Patt, son Martin, daughter Vanessa Batara, sister Betty Wilson, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Private services.
