Timothy John Burns, 60, of Aiea, a retired Army lieutenant colonel and a federal psychologist, died in Hono-lulu. He was born in Deer Lodge, Mont. He is survived by wife Kimberly, daughter Samantha, son Sebastian Kwon, sisters Colleen Wilson and Kathy Hill, and a grandchild. Services: 2 p.m. Thursday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
