Thomas J. Burns, 60, of Aiea, a retired Army lieutenant colonel and a federal psychologist, died in Honolulu. He was born in Deer Lodge, Mont. He is survived by wife Kimberly, daughter Samantha, son Sebastian Kwon, sisters Colleen Wilson and Kathy Hill, and a grandchild. Services: 2 p.m. Thursday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Incorrect information in an obituary published Tuesday.
