79Hal T. Silva, 52, of Wailuku, a harbor master at Lahaina Small Boat Harbor, will be remembered in services 3 p.m. Sunday at Ballard Family Mortuary. He died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Lolita "Lolly" Castillon-Silva and hanai sister Lori Nogami-Young. Visitation: 1 p.m. at the mortuary. Scattering of ashes to be held at a later date. No flowers.
