Carlin Reed Williams, 90, of McMinnville, Ore., formerly of Hawaii, an Army veteran who served in the Signal Corps in World War II, a United States Information Agency-Voice of America employee and former mayor of Reedsport, Ore., died in McMinnville. He was born in Marion Township, Ohio. He is survived by wife Vernell and son Ken. Private services.
