74Earl Mitsuo "Pepe" Miyagi, 82, of Hilo, a retired assistant senior vice president at Central Pacific Bank in Hilo, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Pepeekeo, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Tsuruye; son Jeffery; daughters Laura Mitchell, Suzanne Naval and Joni Nagao; sister Kay Bossert; and nine grandchildren. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
