73Seichi Higa, 99, of Kahului, a Kahului Railroad Co. and Ige Construction Co. mechanic, died in Hale Makua Kahului. He is survived by wife Yoshiko; son Donald; daughters Leona Yahata, Pearl Shoho, Sandra Hirata, Jean Arakaki and Susan Tsubaki; brother Stanley; sisters Shizue Yonamine, Mitsuko Higa, Patsy Shimabukuro, Sadae Yamanuha and Alice Ohta; 15 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
